How do I create an account?
Download the Agron app from the App Store, then follow the onboarding process. You'll be asked to choose your role (Farmer, Buyer, or Transporter) and provide basic information like your name, email, and phone number.
What are the subscription plans?
We offer two subscription plans: Weekly ($3.99/week with 3-day free trial) and Annual ($39.99/year). Both plans include unlimited crop listings, priority delivery access, advanced analytics, and premium support.
How do I list my crops as a farmer?
After logging in as a farmer, go to your dashboard and tap "Add Crop." Fill in the crop details including name, type, quantity, price, and location. Add photos and description to attract buyers.
How do I place an order as a buyer?
Browse available crops in the marketplace, select the crop you want, review the details, and tap "Place Order." You'll need to provide delivery information and payment details to complete the order.
How do I accept delivery jobs as a transporter?
Log in as a transporter and check the "Available Jobs" section. Review job details including pickup and delivery locations, then tap "Accept Job" to take on the delivery.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile money through Apple's secure payment system. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
How do I track my order?
Go to "Orders" in your dashboard to see all your orders. Tap on any order to view detailed status updates, including pickup and delivery tracking information.
