• Treat farmers and transporters with respect

5.3 For Transporters

As a transporter using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide reliable and timely delivery services

• Update delivery status promptly
• Comply with all transportation regulations

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans with the following features:

• Weekly Plan: $3.99/week with 3-day free trial
• Annual Plan: $39.99/year (80% savings)

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store billing system. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Authorize recurring payments for subscription plans
• Maintain valid payment information

6.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription cancellations and refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Agron and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
